Honest to GOD, I will take cold weather over this hot and humid situation we have going on in New York currently.The truth is the winters aren’t as bad as people make it to be. It’s the heat that seeps deep into your skin, moist air that’s thicker than fog and the sizzle of the sidewalks that make New Yorkers quick to skip town.

Due to the weather committing sins out here, my freezer came in the clutch for this recipe. There’s nothing like a refreshing beverage to cool you down, making you forget about the heat even if its just for a second. Due to the heat, I’ll keep this recipe short.

Frozen Strawberry & Ginger Ale Coolers Ingredients

Ginger Ale  – 1 can
Cranberry Juice – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 tablespoon
Strawberries  – 1 & 1/2 cup

FYI Tigers – All fruits were frozen

Frozen Strawberry & Ginger Ale Coolers Directions 

  1. Add cranberry juice first to blender or Nutribullet.
  2. Add ice, followed by Ginger Ale.
  3. Blend for a 10-15 seconds.
  4. Add frozen fruit.
  5. Enjoy
