Nowadays with all these healthy options, it’s hard not to partake in this trend. My desire is always to create a medium between the healthy alternative and the unconventional food choices. With these health benefits in mind while craving a smoothie, the Mango & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl was born.

Mango & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Ingredients 

2 Mangos
1 cup of Blueberries
1 1/2 – Almond Milk
1 dash of Cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

Mango & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl Directions 

 
  1. Add mangos, milk, and cinnamon to a blender.
  2. While blending, add in blueberries.
  3. Pour into your favorite bowl.
  4. Add coconut flakes and chia seeds.
  5. Enjoy
